Azurite with Malachite or Chrysocolla Cabs
These stones are not available for purchase separately.
Most of the blue, green and blue-green stones get their
color from copper. When different minerals blend in with the copper
sometimes a wonderful pattern emerges creating swirls of deep blue azurite
mingled with bright green malachite or aqua colored chryscolla.
Some of these stones are new, purchased at the gem shows
in Tucson in February, 2007
I am now doing only limited custom work, but if you see a stone you
like and are interested in having a piece of jewelry made with it, please
email or call me referring to the stone by name and number and we will
determine if I can do a custom piece for you.
