How to Order
You can safely order using the
secure order form. Just click on the "Add to Order" button
by each item listed on these web pages. Then you can complete
the order using your credit card information by using the
Secure Online Order, PayPal, or print out the completed
order form and mail it to Heirloom Jewelry at the address below.
For mailed orders, include your check or money order or your
VISA, MASTER CARD or DISCOVER CARD number
and expiration date. Please include your telephone number -
and if you are ordering a ring, don't forget to send the size
needed.

I require address verification for all Credit Card orders. If you are
ordering from outside
the United States or Canada please use PayPal with a verified
PayPal account.
Heirloom Jewelry is not responsible for custom
charges and these charges are not included
in the price or the shipping charge.
To use PayPal, just click on the "add to order" button, then
fill out the shopping cart
information as usual. On the third screen you will be given the following
options:

Then, just click on the center option
and you will be taken to a secure PayPal screen
to complete
your order. This service has been added for the convenience
of those
who regularly use PayPal and for all International Orders.
 
 
All Products ordered that are in stock will be shipped within 7 days
of payment
confirmation. The customer will be notified if the product
is not in stock and
a time schedule will be worked out
(probably 2 to 3 weeks).
If you are ordering by mail please Include shipping and insurance
charges
from the table below. All orders sent via PayPal or my Secure Online
Server
will have the shipping charges added automatically.

I am now shipping most of my orders via Express Mail, USPS, because
it includes
insurance and can be tracked. Anything over $100.00 will
be shipped Express Mail,
US Postal Service, anything under $100.00
will be shipped insured Priority Mail -
US Postal Service - unless
you indicate another preference.
Please email or call me if you would prefer UPS or Federal Express.
